Earlier, Enajemo-Isire who thanked the commission’s authority for the warm reception, told the management that they were there to fulfil the provisions of Section 9 subsection 3 of the 2004 Act on settlement of claims. “It is quite sad to lose the breadwinner and the bread itself,” noting further that “with the payment of claims to the beneficiaries, the necessary succour is provided for them to carry on with the rest of their lives,” he said. Isire saluted the Commission for complying with the act, saying that it will not only serve as a motivator but will reflect in increased productivity of the personnel. While thanking the Commission’s management for making Standard Alliance Life Assurance Ltd their preferred choice, he urged them to sustain the laudable programme for the long foreseeable future. He further used the medium to admonish the commission to key into the place of prayers for long life and protection over the lives of its staff as it was done in the time past.” He pledged his company’s continued efficient and effective service delivery at all times in respect of the scheme while praying for God’s wisdom, strength and good health for the leadership of the commission.
