Colorado resident Shane Smith attempted to sign up for Obamacare and the end result was that his dog Baxter ended up covered. Yes. You aren't crazy, you read that sentence right. He signed up for the Colorado state exchange, and received a letter saying (I'm paraphrasing, obviously) "Congrats! Baxter's covered!" »
