The 2013 financial
account of Cornerstone Insurance Plc has been approved the National Insurance
Commission (NAICOM). This brings the number of firms that have scaled the
hurdles to four as those of Mansard Insurance Plc, Custodian General Insurance
Limited and Custodian Life Assurance Limited had earlier been endorsed.
The commission in a circular
also noted that as at Wednesday, April
23rd, the accounts of Zenith Life Insurance Limited;
NSIA Insurance Limited; FBN Life Assurance Limited; Wapic Insurances Plc; Zenith
Insurance Company Limited and Wapic Life Assurances are being reviewed.
