African insurers must invest in continous training of their staff in order to improve their expertise and skills to efficiently compete at global levels.
The chairman of Prestige Insurance Brokers of Nigeria, Soyewo Feyi said it is important for players in Africa's insurance sector to improve on product development, marketing techniques and continually train practitioners who can effectively compete on the international platform.
