Chuks Udo Okonta

The Risk Managers Society of Nigeria (RIMSON) is to organise a two day training on Risk Management in the Oil and Gas industry in order to further breach the knowledge gap amongst operators in the oil and gas industry, the services sector, and interested members of the public.

The training will hold from Wednesday, June 10 - Thursday June 11, 2015 at the NCRIB House, 58 Moleye Street, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos.

According to the release issued by the President of the Society, Engineer Jacob Adeosun, the training will among other things, address risks
exposures of companies in the strategic sector such as breach of HSE rules, blow out, terrorist attacks, explosions, community uprisings and regulatory challenges.

He noted that the training will significantly breach the knowledge gap in the strategic sector and buoy up the much needed human capital in the country in the area of oil and gas.
