Insurance companies destroying Obamacare

I worked in hospitals for more than 20 years. One of the things I saw there and worked with was the computer system. Whenever a new system was put in place, there was a test mode and then it went live for everyone to use. There were always problems for quite awhile.
The Affordable Care Act was rolled out across the U.S. There has to be some kind of understanding and patience that this is not going to be perfect. I’m tired of listening to all the nasty comments.
Second, I worked closely with insurance companies, and I have to tell you they were horrible. They chose when they would pay, what they would pay or if they would pay.
I am astounded that there is not a federal insurance commission to control the insurance companies.
What they are doing with the rollout of the Affordable Care Act — the canceling of policies instead and the raising of insurance rates on small businesses — is ridiculous.
My son works for a small air conditioning and heating company, and just had his insurance premium raised a couple of hundred dollars — and his deductible increased to $2,000.
The Affordable Care Act was supposed to help people get insurance at reasonable rates and the insurance companies are steam-rolling right over it to make it look bad.
Who is behind these insurance companies and who is getting the payoffs to make this whole process look like the mess that it is?
