WHERE DO ALL THE STOLEN CARS END UP?

Car thieves have become experts in getting rid of a cars original identity number and information. According to the South African Insurance Crime Bureau more than 66 000 vehicles valued at over R8.5-billion, were stolen or hijacked in South Africa last year. But the question still remains, where do all these stolen cars eventually end up? To get an answer to that, CNBC Africa is joined by Michiel Nel, executive director at the South African Insurance Crime Bureau.
